Below are the most frequently asked questions we receive. We provide answers and solutions to your computer problems at half the price of your local store.
If you have additional questions that are not answered here, please contact us through the website or call us on 07979 252573 and we will gladly answer any questions.
We are available to answer your calls Monday-Friday between 6pm to 10pm and all over the weekend. Unfortunately we are not able to provide on-site services 24 hours a day. This should not matter too much to you though, why? because we are working when you're don't.

Simple Techie Solutions are based in Bristol and cover the surrounding areas. We currently have customers in Weston-super-Mare, Clevedon, Portishead, Warminster, Westbury and of course Bristol itself.
Simple Techie Solutions is a one man show. I have been working with and servicing computers for nearly 20 years. For the past 10 years I have worked as a professional within the IT industry.
At home I am currently running three computers with Mac OS X, Windows XP/Vista and Linux.
When contacting STS please provide details about the problem you are having, please include the computers make/model, its approximate age and a note of any error messages you might be getting.
When STS visit your home we will require full access to the computer(s) and/or peripheral(s) to be serviced, access to your home/working space. It may be necessary for you to also provide any CD/DVD's that were supplied with your computer(s)/peripheral(s).
Every person STS helps will be interviewed for the purpose of obtaining useful information pertaining to the problem or situation.
Upon completion of service, we provide a verbal and written statement presenting the particular facts of the service, methods and procedures used to correct the problem.
Admittedly, STS is wonderful! But there are certain things that we don't do that the local stores can. We are small and locally owned and therefore have small advertising budget, low overheads and no office space.
What we do provide is an affordable computer support for everyday people at everyday prices.
