Simple Techie Solutions has lived up to its name on the three occasions we have gasped for help. Although the problems we had with a new system were not that complicated, we could never have solved them ourselves. In fact, one of the problems we had involved merely resetting a password, which Richard saw immediately – after I had spent a long time on the phone to so-called ‘help’-lines.
Richard has always arrived at the time arranged and has a very reassuring manner. Although I work on a computer, I do not know how they are set up, and Richard is never superior or arrogant in the face of my ignorance. I have come across many computer technicians who expect everyone else to ‘just know’ how these things work.
Richard is a refreshing change from some ‘techies’ and I would recommend him to future clients.

I have used STS for the last couple of years when I either have had severe problems e.g. corrupt hard drives etc or for planned upgrades that I am more comfortably getting done properly e.g installing a wireless network.
On all occasions STS (Richard) has done what I requested (and more) at a very favourable rate.
I have no hesitation in recommending them for any home or Office work that involves getting PCs/networks/software working properly and am sure you will get the same high level of care that I have come to expect as their norm.
This is one IT firm I can thoroughly recommend - I doubt if there are many of the same quality around.

STS helped us set up our Apple Mac for a very reasonable fee and later when it developed a problem (just out of warranty), we called on them to fix it for us. The technician correctly diagnosed a known fault that Apple had identified and arranged to have the computer fixed at no cost to us. We were delighted with this service and have no hesitation recommending STS to anyone with a computer especially if they own an Apple computer.
